Fortunately, MiniTool Partition Wizard could help user perform all those operations.

What is partition?
Disk partition comprises main partition and extended partition with the latter divided into several logical partitions.

Partition refers to independent sections created on disk that are used to store data and files. Disk partition is divided into main partition and extended partition among which main partition comprises the necessary file and data to start operating system and extended partition is utilized to store data and application files. Usually a disk consists of five main partitions at most when the whole disk is divided into main partition; however, if there is extended, a disk could have three main partitions maximally. Main partition can be utilized immediately but could not be divided into smaller partition and extended partition is available only after being merged.
