From main interface of MiniTool Partition Wizard we can see that this software can manage basic disk as well as dynamic disk. Here we take wiping spanned volume in Windows Server 2003 dynamic disk for example. Select the target spanned volume (Volume J: here), and then click on "Wipe Volume" option in the left:


In this interface, we can see that MiniTool Partition Wizard provides users with five wiping methods. You can choose a suitable wiping method according to specific situation. Click "OK" button to return to main interface.


In main interface we can preview that the wiped volume shows its used space has turned to 0B and its state is unformatted. It is because wiping partition will not only wipe all data saved in that partition but also clear file system information. After making sure, click "Apply" button to execute all operations.
